ZZTEST Lane C Counselling ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this page and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you type into our form: your name, email address and phone number.
• How you arrived: the advertising link you clicked (for example the campaign name) and basic technical data such as your browser type.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text message and email, and to book and remind you of appointments.
• To measure which of our ads work, using the Meta pixel and the Google tag on this page. These tools may set cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we text you about your enquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our booking, messaging and advertising tools, and only to do that work for us. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any care or service that follows, or as the law requires.
